Aurora

Aurora Beach - Riverfront community located off Hickory Point Rd.
Hickory Point - Riverfront community located at the end of Hickory Point Rd.
Sandy Landing - Waterfront subdivision on Spring Creek.
Spring Creek - Waterfront subdivision located on Spring Creek.
Summerize - Waterfront community located on Goose Creek east of Aurora.
Windsong - Waterfront community 6 miles east of Aurora on Campbell Creek.

Bath

Back Creek Estates - Small waterfront community within the Bath town limits.
Bayview - An unincorporated community located on the Pamlico River, a couple of miles east of Bath.
Blackbeard's View -A long dirt road leads into this private, established subdivision on the sailboat side of the creek.
Bridgewater at Bath - New waterfront subdivision with waterfront, waterview and water access homes and lots.
Catnip Point - Established waterfront community convenient to Historic Bath on Bath Creek.
Cool Point - Sailboat accessible community with views of Historic Bath.
Dinah's Run - New country homes in the Bath School District.
Sabre Pointe - Waterfront subdivision on the west side of Bath Creek.
Kilby Island - Small, private community located on a peninsula between Mixon Creek and the Pamlico River.
Kirby Grange - Waterfront subdivision located on east side of Back Creek.
Mixon Creek - Waterfront community located a few miles east of Bath on Mixon Creek.
Peninsula Acres - An established waterfront community on the west bank of Bath Creek.
Sabre Point - Small waterfront subdivision between Bridgewater North and Peninsula Acres.
Sawmill Landing - Established waterfront neighborhood near Treasure Pointe and Peninsula Acres.
Springdale Village - Small, established neighborhood in town limits of Bath. A few of the homes are on waterfront lots.
Teachs Cove - Established waterfront community just north of Catnip Point.
Teachs Point - Sailboat accessible community on east bank of Bath Creek. Phase III has waterfront and water access lots on Slade Gut.
Treasure Point - Established waterfront community located just outside Historic Bath and only minutes by boat to the Pamlico River. The community has a boat ramp, day dock and trailer storage.

Belhaven

Bailey Pointe - Gated waterfront subdivision on Ross and Bailey Creeks.
Banjo Creek Estates - Waterfront neighborhood with homes on Pungo Creek and Banjo Creek.
Day Beacon - Townhome subdivision on the waterfront just off the ICW in the Town of Belhaven.
Dowry Creek - Waterfront community on the Pungo River (ICW) east of Belhaven.
Schooner Point - Waterfront subdivision on Pungo Creek just west of Belhaven.
Smugglers Cove - Waterfront subdivision Ross Creek and East Fork of North Creek just west of Belhaven.

Eagle Trace - Waterfront subdivision on the Pamlico River between Chocowinity and Aurora.
Freshwater - Waterfront subdivision on Blounts Creek.

Chocowinity

Bay Harbour - Waterfront subdivision located on Blounts Creek east of Chocowinty.
Cypress Landing - A golf and boating planned community on Chocowinty Bay.
Long Point Landing - Waterfront community located east of Chocowinity on Blounts Creek and Yeats Creek.
River Hills - Located on the Pamlico River east of Chocowinity.

Washington

Cypress Bay - Townhome community with a community dock and boat ramp located on the Pamlico River just east of Washington.
Hawkins Beach - Waterfront community located on the Pamlico River between Washington and Bath.
Honey Pod Farm - Established neighborhood near Washington Park.
Macswood - This neighborhood is just down the street from Washington High School. The homes are surrounded by woods and small marshes and one-lane roads wind throughout the community.
Moss Landing - Luxury townhomes and condos on Washington's riverfront.
Pamlico Plantation - Established community of waterfront, water view and water access homes located at the mouth of Broad Creek and the Pamlico River.
River Acres - Located off River Rd on the Pamlico River, this subdivision has waterfront and water access homes.
Smallwood - One of the nicest and largest subdivisions in Washington. Located near schools, shopping and entertainment.
Somerset - A traditional neighborhood community of low-maintenance, energy efficient homes surrounded by nature's original skyscrapers - Carolina pines.
Tree Shade- New community of quality estate homes on large wooded lots offerings traditional neighborhood amenities such as sidewalks lit by street lights.
Washington Park - This community adjacent to Washington was incorporated in 1923. The town has a waterfront town park, tennis courts and a mix of old and new houses.
